Pauline's Zinfandel 2017
We have two rows of Petite Sirah planted in our vineyard that we pick with the Zinfandel and create a co-fermentation. The co-fermentation makes up 2% of the blend adding spice and depth. This viscous Zinfandel is all parts great, with a banner year, a world class appellation, and a vineyard made with the famous Cortina soil. This deep purple wine greets with bright aromas of red current and cherry with subtle notes of clove. Medium bodied, with velvety tannins, bright jammy flavors of baked fruit and pomegranate dance across the palate.
