    Wine Selection

  • 2013 Late Disgorge Sparkling Wine

    $55

This Paradise staff favorite is the first Late Disgorge Sparkling we have produced. Produced from 100% Russian River Valley Chardonnay in the traditional Methode Champenoise, this finished wine was worth waiting for. The Bazzano Vineyard is located on the low lying Santa Rosa plain in the heart of the Russian River Valley. This site is heavily influenced by the cooling onshore winds from the Pacific Ocean, but more specifically by the early morning fog pattern which is driven from the south and can often remain until the late morning; especially during the critical ripening months....

  • 2015 Merlot

    $45

FOPPIANO Vineyard only a distant cousin of the Foppiano winery in Healdsburg. This vineyard is perhaps the most northern vineyard in the Russian River Valley and sits on an ancient flood plain where the river meanders south through the northern hills of Healdsburg. Planted 40 plus years ago on St George rootstock, with an unknown clone, these vines are knarled and knotted. Sitting in a deep loamy sand soil, perhaps 150 feet from the river, these roots are deep and happy....

  • 2015 Nagasawa Old Vine Zinfandel

    $44

Robert Rue Vineyard - This Heritage Vineyard was planted in the 1880's and is a typical Italian 'field blend' and has Petite Sirah, Carignan, Alicante Bouchet among other randomly planted among these head pruned Zinfandel vines. On St George rootstock, which is one of the only resistant to the Phylloxera bug that lives off vine roots, and the only reason why vines still survive. Cases - 410...

  • 2014 The Convict

    $48

The Convict is named for the labor used by the sheriff, Tennessee Carter Bishop, in the 1870's to carve a 15 mile road to his property in the rugged mountainous terrain of Rockpile. The depth & complexity of this wine come from our four old vine zinfandel clones planted on steep rocky terraces overlooking Lake Sonoma. Sitting at 1500 feet above sea level, the undulating earth & desolate locale of these vineyards create intense characteristics expressive of its rich history. 400 cases produced....

  • 2015 Barrel Select Chardonnay

    $40

Vines nutured by our friend Phil Bazzano in the heart of the prestigious Russian River Valley, known for producing world class Chardonnay. This wine was crafted by our winemaker especially for those of you who don't normally like Chardonnay, and for those of you who do, but like everything in check balance. • 2015 Estate Chardonnay

    $40

All of our Estate Vineyards are organically farmed, and influenced by the Bio dynamic philosophy of caring for our earth. This small block of Chardonnay is grown in a combination of alluvial and volcanic well drained soils at 600 feet above sea level in a hanging valley on the eastern fringes of the Russian River Valley. This site is heavily influenced by both the cooling onshore winds from the Pacific Ocean and the early morning fog pattern driven from the south through the Petaluma Gap....
