Wild Coyote is known as the House-Of-Reds with old-world winemaking attitude; go Big, Bold, Unfiltered or go home. Our wines are produced from our single-estate vineyard and “if we don’t grow it, we don’t make the wine”. To us it is all about total control from farming to winemaking. All our wines are entirely aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of two years and then continued aging after bottling for at least one to two years before they are sold. The production is very limited (less than 3,000 cases per year) therefore sold exclusively on our premises or Club membership, but not to retailers.
