Handcrafted Wine since 1999 — Reynolds Family Winery is located at the doorstep of the Stags Leap District on the world-famous Silverado Trail. Our family mission is to create the finest, handcrafted wines in the Napa Valley and to share them with family and friends around the world.

Purchased in 1995, our sprawling 14 acre property is planted with 9 acres of award-winning Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and features a spring fed pond.

Since our inception, we’ve taken the mustard flower as our emblem. Mustard grows wild here in the Napa Valley so it’s easy to take for granted. But for us it is more than just a plant, it is a symbol of faith and a metaphor for the value in hard work.

Steve Reynolds, winemaker and proprietor of Reynolds Family, did not come from a wine background. Born in Oklahoma, Steve moved to Munich Germany at a very young age where he most of his early years were spent. It was there in Germany where his passion for winemaking really began. Tom Reynolds, Steve's father, was a large wine collector there in Germany where he also had a small vineyard for educational purposes. Every year Steve and his father would make a "fun father - son wine" out of there garage.

Steve decided to move back to the states for college where he studied marine science at University of Washington. Upon graduation he found employment in Alaska where he worked as a deep sea diver for abalone. Realizing this was not the career path for him, he moved to Stockton California to attend University of the Pacific where he would end up graduating and becoming a dentist. While living in Stockton, Steve met his wife Suzie.

When Suzie and Steve decided they wanted to settle down and have a family, Napa was a dream destination to do so. Looking at properties all over the valley, back in 1995, they stumbled across a run down 15 acre chicken farm which they immediately fell in love with. It was this piece of land where Steve and Suzie "put all there eggs" and would eventually become the beautiful estate winery as it still stands today.

Reynolds Family Winery, one of the few family owned and operated wineries left in the Valley, opened its doors in 1999. They invite you to visit the tasting room where you can taste some true handcrafted Napa Valley Wines!
