    Wine Selection

  • 2014 Nancie Chardonnay

    $48

94 points, Robert Parker 93 points, Antonio Galloni Vintage conditions performed like a magnifying-glass, focusing flavors, drawing out layers and amplifying both richness and mineral intensity. The 2014 delivers exciting notes of fresh pear, mandarin orange, and ripe peach. On the palate, stone-fruit melds into wildflower honey and creme-brulee. Driven acidity harmonizes with fullness to present a clean yet intense and thrilling flavor profile....

  • 2013 Two Brothers Pinot Noir

    $55

90 points, Robert Parker 91 points, Antonio Galloni The 2013 vintage was one of focused flavors, concentration, and great length. The density of 2013 is immediately evident on the nose, with dark cherry, ripe raspberry, and hints of fresh plum. It is a joy to see how the combination of unique vineyards have come together to make such a dynamic wine and an increasingly distinct Two Brothers....

  • 2015 Tripp's Block Pinot Noir

    $78

2015 vintage not yet rated. 2014 - 93 points, Robert Parker The Perli Vineyard benefited from the low yields of the 2015 vintage, producing the most concentrated edition of this bottling to date.On the nose, Kirsch, black cherry, and angostura bitters rise to the foreground in a new way, yet the classic forest floor and baking spice components we love from this vineyard add to its background, making the nose complex and dynamic. The wine finishes with some of the silkiest tannins we have seen from this site....

  • 2014 Cuvee Moriah

    $50

92 points, Robert Parker 94 points, Antonio Galloni The next evolution in our Cuvee Moriah reintroduces Mourvedre, taking the already exotic 2014 vintage and adding wild herbs and cured meats. The 2014 bottling is a great match between the delicate fruit flavors of pomegranate and rhubarb from the Dry Stack Vineyard Grenache and the structuring mouth-feel and savory notes of caraway seed and cardamom spices, with additional hints of red currants and fresh violets throughout from the Kopf Vineyard Mourvedre....

  • 2014 Cuvee Christine Syrah

    $48

93 points, Robert Parker 93 points, Antonio Galloni Like a Chef in the kitchen, we assemble unique Syrah lots from multiple sites to create texture, mouth-feel, and intrigue. The nose opens with fig-paste, dates, star anise, and garam-masala -- a combination of aromatics that is alluring yet extremely subtle and elegant. The mouthfeel is well knit and plush, creating a silky texture that is extremely pleasing now. Freshness imparted from our cooler-climate vineyards provides an uplifting finish that will weave well with your favorite fare....

  • 2014 Kobler Family Vineyard Syrah

    $60

94+ points, Robert Parker 96 points, Antonio Galloni For this single-vineyard wine, we co-fermented 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier. The Syrah and Viognier vineyards sit adjacent to each other, and simultaneously experience the ebbs and flows of the vintage, most importantly bathed by the cool coastal fog. The Viognier counterbalances the salami flavored Syrah with flavors of gooseberries, white peaches and chutney, while providing the desirable minerality that makes the mid-palate sing....

  • 2014 Cuvee Keltie Syrah

    $90

96+ points, Robert Parker 95 points, Antonio Galloni The 2014 Cuvee Keltie is a remarkable wine and a great example of site selection and careful attention in the cellar. An interesting unexplained phenomenon in barrel produces a wine that naturally carries aromatics often attributed to new yet we do not use any new oak on this wine. The wine explodes immediately from bottle with chocolate ganache, hot fudge, dried tobacco, graphite, espresso bean and fresh rye bread. The wine is delicious now, but it will benefit from cellaring as its youth is certainly evident....

  • 2014 Obsidian Vineyard Syrah

    $105

95 points, Robert Parker 96 points, Antonio Galloni This single vineyard Syrah marries 3 sub-sections of the vineyard, each with its own distinct characteristics. Seductive chocolate ganache, black currants, fig and an expansive mouthfeel is married with notes of spiced fruit and fresh florals on the nose, with refined tannins in the mid-palate, plus hints of graphite, tobacco and earth....

  • 2013 Richards Family Vineyard Syrah

    $150

98 Points, Robert Parker 97 Points, Antonio Galloni Each sip is a step on a journey, as you turn over each stone in the vineyard, taste the lavender in the air and smell the verdant redwoods that surround this small but majestic vineyard of 2,200 vines. The wine opens with a nose of sage, truffle, and a sweet-savory richness reminiscent of foie-gras. It evolves into a world of fine, French chocolates, then hot fudge, and finally sea-salted chocolate. While it is certainly decadent, its nuances and layers evolve in the glass in new and interesting ways with every taste....
