Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc has zesty aromas of lemon meringue pie mingled with fresh cut grapefruit. Tropical melon nuances dance on the palate followed up with a crisp, balanced finish. To maintain the pleasant, fruity aromas, our Sauvignon Blanc is picked at night and crushed before the sun comes up. This wine hits the spot on it's own, but if you choose to pair it with food, we suggest a lightly seasoned chicken dish or oysters on the half shell.
