The 2020 DAOU Estate Chardonnay showcases how the Chardonnay varietal is brilliantly expressed on DAOU Mountain. Now that the vines are maturing, there is a deep level of minerality that emerges from the glass, accompanied by notes of white blossom, yellow apple, lemon peel and stone fruit. An expansive palate shows tremendous texture and depth of flavor. This perfectly structured Chardonnay promises to evolve beautifully in the bottle.
