Estate Malbec 2017
Malbec is one of the exclusive five varietals that make up the wines of the Left Bank in Bordeaux and is now most well-known for the expressive wines of Chile and Argentina. With big shoes to fill after the 2014 vintage was awarded 96 points and won Best of Class at the Los Angeles International Wine Competition, the 2015 vintage lives up to the hype with a vibrant purple color and aromas of blueberry, violets, and cocoa. Bold flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, and spice with integrated tannins make this a grand wine to enjoy with hearty meats such as steak or prime rib. Enjoy now or lay in the cellar over the next decade (if you have the willpower).
