Estate Chardonnay 2018
Grown in the southernmost corner of our estate vineyards, this Chardonnay is produced in both oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks, making it rich and voluptuous, with aromas of pear and apple. It also displays a subtle creaminess with hints of vanilla. These flavors carry through the palate with a rich and round feel while retaining the wine’s vibrant acidity. Complex and versatile, pair this with seafood, pork tenderloin, and pasta dishes with a cream sauce.
