Estate Late Harvest Chardonnay 2016
A small portion of our Estate Chardonnay vineyard is dedicated to our late harvest wine. We leave the grapes on the vines and pick once the sugar levels have reach their sweet spot – pun intended! Crème Brule meets toasted marshmallow with a hint of warm honey make this wine dessert in a glass! A perfect pairing with soft, creamy cheeses, shortbread cookies or cheesecake. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
