Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Cabernet is the most widely recognized red grape varietal in the world and is the base of the classic Bordeaux wines of the Left Bank. Most well-known in the Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon is gaining notoriety in Sonoma for its complex and interesting expressions of the grape. This wine is deeply colored and has aromas of blackberry, cocoa powder, and fennel. On the palate, it is generous with flavors of plum, black currant, vanilla, and dried herbs, and begs for a steak or braised meats. Enjoy now or lay down in the cellar for over a decade.
